Association of
Nepalis in Minnesota

The Association of Nepalis in Minnesota  has been formed to build, preserve and promote an enthusiastic, active and supportive community among the Nepalis and friends of Nepal in the State of Minnesota thus strengthening the bond of friendship and cooperation.

Our main objectives are as follows:

1. To promote Nepali culture through various mediums such as:

a)     Cultural Shows that include, songs, dances, skits etc.

b)    Concerts and Shows of various local as well as professional artists

c)     Food Festivals & Annual Picnics

d)     Sports Tournaments

e)     Dashain-Tihar Celebration

f)     Nepali New Year Celebration

g)     Art Exhibitions & Literature Promotion

h)     Camping and Special Tours

  1. To encourage and augment community involvement for educational, social as well as charitable purposes.

  1. To organize workshops and seminars on useful topics of interest and share them with Nepalis and friends of Nepal.

  1. To establish a platform for bringing and implementing unique ideas so as to enhance the functions of ANMN as well as the community.

  1. To help people in Nepal during extreme natural disasters.

  1. To foster friendly ties with other similar organizations in North America.

     7.  To raise and manage funds and donations for the purpose of worthy humanitarian causes directly or in cooperation               with other organizations.
